If you are a beginner , on average, you need 5 hours of private lessons to be able to practice kitesurfing independently and safely. Your progress also depends on you! And GKS Clube will always be ready to help our members.
If you are at an intermediate or advanced level the class will be adapted to your level.
You need to bring a towel, bikini, sunglasses, sunscreen and a good mood.

CLASSES / RENTALS
The classes / rental take place in the Cávado River Estuary, a natural reserve, which houses an interesting set of natural habitats. The boards used are suitable for each student and the use of a buoyancy vest is mandatory.

ACCOMMODATION
Our Guest House is located in the center of Esposende, a small fishing town in the North of Portugal.
It is close to Porto and Braga, ancestral cities of Portugal.
You will be in a place with fantastic conditions to practice kitesurfing.
In the North of Portugal, due to the thermal winds, the wind is stronger than forecasts, this phenomenon is known as "Nortada".
Esposende has a river that turns into a lagoon, with smooth and shallow water and a sandy bottom, close to the ocean.
You have waves in the sea or smooth water in the lagoon ... The choice is yours!

GKS is a kitesurf club located in Esposende, in the north of Portugal.
Our desire is to promote the practice of Kitesurfing to the largest number of people, regardless of age. Our effort goes to the promotion, dissemination, training and awareness of all that Kitesurf has to offer, both for the body and the mind.
